Does my child need to create an account?
No. BG Tutor works immediately — no account, login, or email required.
Does the app work without internet?
BG Tutor requires an internet connection for voice features (Mila speaking Bulgarian, voice recognition). Flashcards, Word Bank, Match the Pairs, and Quiz work offline as they are text-only.
Why can’t Mila hear my child’s voice?
Go to Settings → Privacy → Microphone → BG Tutor and make sure it is enabled. Also check device volume is turned up.
My child’s progress disappeared — what happened?
Progress is stored locally on your device. Deleting and reinstalling the app resets all progress.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → BG Tutor → Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the billing period.
What age is BG Tutor designed for?
Children aged 4–10 learning Bulgarian. All content is age-appropriate and child-safe.
Is the app safe for kids?
